1. Where are you sending your creations from??

My workshop is located in Slovakia, but I ship worldwide, but personal collection is not possible

2. How do you ship packages?

I send to Slovakia as a priority by post or by parcel to the dispensary/home by courier. Czechia, due to the complicated paperwork, primarily by packet to the dispensary/home by courier. Foreign mail/parcel which can hand over the package to a courier company according to a specific country

3. There are countries where you do not send shipments?

Currently, I do not ship to Ukraine and Russia (Because I cannot ensure the safety of packages and their delivery). I ship everywhere else

4. Are your sculptures fragile?

Since it is ceramic, you can damage it by falling or hitting it just like a mug or a plate. Dragons are inside are specially reinforced for higher strength and durability

5. What do you make sculptures from?

The sculptures are created by my hand from polymer, they are reinforced with wire and strong foil to increase the durability of the sculpture. The figurines are painted with high-quality acrylic or pigment powder. Subsequently, the statue is treated with two layers of varnish for color stability. I always use natural and undyed stones. I use glass cabochons for the eyes.

6. What do you make ArtDoll from?

The hard parts of the toys are created by my hand from polymer, these parts are painted with high-quality acrylic or pigment powder. Subsequently, they are treated with two layers of varnish for color stability. The skeleton of large and medium toys is made of a high-quality plastic skeleton for positionable toys in connection with a solid wire. The soft part of the bodies is made of pulp. The "skin" of these toys is made of hypoallergenic materials, I do not use natural fur for toys! I do not support animal suffering! The horns and wings are made of felt. For some toys, also use natural precious stones. I use glass cabochons for the eyes. Small toys do not have a skeleton at all or have only a simple inner skeleton made of wire. In their case, the hard parts are just glued to the fur or glued and sewn with a hard thread.

7. What are ArtDoll sculptures and hard parts made of?

The hard parts are made by hand from polymer clay. It is malleable and soft during work, it acquires hardness and partial elasticity after baking. Each type of polymer clay is different hard and different elastic

8. Are ArtDolls also suitable for children?

The toy is intended for collecting purposes and photography, not for children. The dragon is a great accessory for creating a unique fantasy interior. Since the ArtDoll is positionable, it is very photogenic, you can easily change it to create the impression of a living Magical creature.

9. What is an ArtDoll?

It is an artistic, collectible and positionable toy. Most ArtDolls in my offer are fully adjustable, but some are only partially adjustable (wings, for example).

10. Do you also make to order?

Of course! :)

80% of my work is based on custom production. I create priority things in the Dragon theme, but it's not a problem to make anything else according to your ideas (if it's within my power :D) If you have an idea, don't be afraid to write to me and we'll come up with something together

I like challenges :D

11. How long does it take for you to produce?

It depends on the size of the order and its sophistication, but usually from a 2 week to a 10 weeks. It also depends on the number of orders I currently have.

times approx:

ArtDoll

  •  5 - 10 weeks

jewelry

  •  2-6 weeks

The rest

  • 2 - 10 weeks

12. I damaged my sculpture/jewelry/other/ArtDoll from you, can you fix it for me?

Of course, I will be happy to repair your item so that it can continue to make you happy, just write to me and I will be happy to agree on the repair. Of course, you have a warranty on my items just like any other product. Well, it's in my own interest that everything goes smoothly and makes you happy :)

13. Warranty?

Of course, there is a guarantee for each of my products. The warranty lasts for two years, but if the given item is not handled as it should be, the warranty may expire. For example, when you give your ArtDoll or sculpture to a child or pet and they damage it (for example, they tear off a paw or tear a wing, break parts, etc.). Or when you apply chemicals, perfume or detergent to the jewelry/sculpture/ArtDoll/Other and it damages the color. This damage was not caused by correct use but by incorrect handling

14. How to properly use things made of polymer?

    1. If your jewelry or statuette has lost its luster, it is advisable to coat it with clear POLYMER POLISH! It is not recommended to paint over with nail polish.
    2. If your jewelry/sculpture started to stick, it is possible that the product was exposed to high/very low temperatures or prolonged direct sunlight (repair possible with a new layer of varnish)
    3. In the case of figurines made of Fimo material, it must be stored away from direct sunlight, as the color of the product may change, as with everything elseIf
    4. the jewelry is not used for some time, store the Fima jewelry in a box or in a separate compartment. Sharp objects can scratch the surface
    5. Do not use any solvents or commercial jewelry cleaners as they may separate the lacquer layer from the polymer clay layer.
    6. If you want to clean the polymer clay jewelry or figurine, wipe it with a soft cloth, wash it under cold water, never rub a wet product!!!!!! The protective varnish would be damaged.
    7. Be careful not to drop your polymer clay jewelry or sculpture, as it can break and shatter just like any other clay or glass object, even though polymer clay is very flexible and won't break easily.
    8. Protect polymer products when working with household cleaners or chemicals
    9. Do not use polymer when applying perfumes, deodorants or hairsprays

    15. What payment options do you have?

    By transfer, card payment, Paypal

    16. It is possible to reserve an item with you?

Yes, it is not a problem to reserve the item you are looking for IN STOCK. For new collections, the reservation is for 3 hours. Older items can be reserved for a week. With partial payment (at least 50% of the price), the reservation is possible for up to a month. After the end of the month and subsequent non-payment (after 3 warnings), the deposit is forfeited and the item is returned to the offer.

    17. How long after payment do you send the goods?

I usually send the goods within three working days, but within 7 days at the most.

    18. Can I ever see you and your work live?

You can meet me especially at some of the Mineralogy markets in Bratislava. You can see my work live at the Handmade Markets, which of course I inform you about in advance on the main page of the e-shop.

    19. Where do you sell your stuff everywhere?

I am currently selling here through the e-shop www.daliecreations.sk/en

    Slovak eshop on Sashe: https://www.sashe.sk/dalie.creations

    Etsy eshop: https://www.etsy.com/shop/DalieCreation

    via fb: https://www.facebook.com/dalie.creations/

    via Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/dalie.creations/

    New eshop:  https://www.inspireuplift.com/shop/DalieCreations

(old e-shop which is no longer functional - CZ fler) https://www.fler.cz/dalie-creations

You cannot officially find my products for sale anywhere else. All other websites are fraudulent

    20. I don't see the new collection when it should be active

In this case, the website must be reloaded. It is possible that the products are already uploaded, but in short, you need to refresh the pages.

21.Why do you have different prices for the same things in each e-shop?

The answer is simple, I also pay high fees for the official eshop, but here you can find the lowest prices ever, just like on FB and Instagram. Sashe fees from each sale is approximately 12%. Etsy fees is high, around 25-30%.

    22. How many hours a day do you work?

8-12 hours a day, on average, sometimes it's less but sometimes it's more... Plus weekends and no vacation... What can I tell you, that's how it is when you have a motivated workaholic as your superior (I'm the boss :D )

    23. Do you have a team under you?

The entire operation of the e-shop, social networks, product photography, marketing, creation and production of items, new product designs, packaging of shipments, customer service and communication with you are covered by me alone. Nobody helps me with anything :)

Well, my husband is a great support for me and Lexi - the dog is a psychologist and helps me in the fight against vorcoholism :D

But one day when I'm a "big business woman" I would definitely get a packer... Not that I don't enjoy it, but internally it disrupts my creative waves quite a bit

    24. Why Dragons?

Dragons as magical and mystical creatures have fascinated me since I was a child. Their power and the ability to fly wherever they want... I personally am afraid of heights because I don't trust my body, but if I could turn into a dragon, I would never be afraid of anything again! I would fly over fields and meadows, over forests and mountains... And feel freedom...

Even every dream I have I'm a Dragon or I'm turning into a Dragon... I love these beautiful creatures. Many would laugh that it is just a fairy tale creature, nothing else. Well, I'm saying that if something can't be seen, it doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

You need to be able to look with an open heart

    25. How long have I been doing art?

I've been creating art practically all my life :) but I honestly started to devote myself to it about 8 years ago :) officially I think I've been doing it for 3 years. At first I made amulets, later I started making sculptures and now I prioritize ArtDoll creatures :D
