About Shopping and Shipping

When you buy a product from my e-shop, you acknowledge that it is a 100% handmade product that was handmade by me, completely from the design, basics to the final color and varnishing. The products may have subtle imperfections, my fingerprints on the surface of the product, or custom products may have subtle differences from the product in the picture, as I do not copy but create a similar creation. Also, the color may vary slightly depending on the saturation setting of your PC or mobile.

PAYMENT

You can pay via PayPal (the best form of support you favourite artist :)

or Online card payment, I send packages within three working days. If I choose to pay by Bank Transfer, I expect payment within 4 days, if not, I will contact you. If there is a problem, I will be happy to resolve it with you. However, if there is a pause and I do not receive an answer or payment within a week, the order is unfortunately canceled and the product is again included in the offer. For payment by bank transfer, you need data that is automatically sent to the email you provided.

I send packages from Slovakia by Slovak post and the delivery time to the destinations is as follows:

ATTENTION CHANGE - EXPRESS SHIPPING (not for SK or CZ)

Due to the extreme increase in customs fees and problems and delays at customs, express delivery will now only be by after agreement

Before ordering, you should always check the delivery date and possibly inquire about the possibility of priority production (shortening the production time if I am not fully booked with orders) instead of choosing express delivery

(which will cost relatively a lot when ordering express delivery and then when receiving the shipment due to customs fees) and to the UK and Australia express delivery is not possible at all (only standard) due to their laws

STANDARD/EXPRESS and FEES

When ordering in the form of Free shipping, I send by mail and the package is marked as a gift and with a lower value marked on it.

However, if you wish to send the package by first class (Express shipping), I write a full customs declaration, so you must count on possible customs costs when entering countries. The buyer is responsible for customs fees.For express delivery, I always choose the fastest option in the given country (Fedex in the USA for example) and it is necessary to write in the description also your phone number, which must be provided to the courier company.

!!!I will not refund your money for your refusal to pay the customs debt, (subsequent return of the shipment to me) - Because of the additional fees I have to pay when receiving shipments!!!

PACKING

Smaller packages (jewelry or mini statues) are in a bubble envelope, which is marked with a special sticker DalieCreations so that you can verify that the package was not open in front of you. From the inside you can expect a gift box that is elegantly packaged and with my seal. The package also includes gifts, a few things for pleasure and, of course, an invoice. If the package is a gift, I can not attach the invoice, just send it to your e-mail.

Larger packages are also marked with a special DalieCreations sticker. Larger packages can be from a reused box, so please don't be angry with me that I don't always send a new box, but even so I try to protect our mother nature and its resources. The inside of the box, as a filling, can be reused bubble wrap (I don't buy it! Always reused) or newspapers from stores where they would just be discarded. The inside of your shipment is always new and just for you. For large products, packaging is very difficult, so expect an organza package in the bubble foil. The package also includes gifts, a few things for pleasure and of course an invoice. If the package is a gift, I can not attach the invoice, just send it to your e-mail, if you like.
